Keppel DC REIT names independent directors
Chua Soon Ghee, Andrew Tan have extensive experience in business, government

Keppel DC REIT Management has appointed Chua Soon Ghee and Andrew Tan as independent directors to the company’s board, while Lee Chiang Huat and Dileep Nair will be stepping down from the board, effective September 1, and Tan Tin Wee, effective November 1.

Chua is a senior partner with global management consulting firm Kearney. He has been with the firm for over 20 years, and advises management and boards in the private equity, communications, technology, logistics, manufacturing, consumer and government sectors in areas such as scenario planning, strategy, mergers and acquisitions, transformation, digital and sustainability. He was previously head of Southeast Asia for seven years, responsible for growing Kearney’s consulting business in the region.

Chua is a member of the board of directors of the Infocomm Media Development Authority, a statutory board of the Singapore government that develops and regulates the information, communications and media sectors.

Tan was formerly managing director with Temasek International, a global investment firm headquartered in Singapore. He joined as an operating partner in the enterprise development group and later as managing director of the new strategy office, as well as managing director Institutional Relations from 2019 to 2022.

Prior to joining Temasek, he spent nearly three decades with the Singapore administrative services in key roles across various government agencies. He was the chief executive officer of the National Environment Agency from 2009 to 2013 and chief executive of the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore from 2014 to 2018.

Tan sits on the Singapore Management University Institute of Innovation and Entrepreneurship’s enterprise board. He is also an independent director with Kim Heng, an offshore marine company, and Agoda, an online travel platform.
